Hi Reader,
A couple days ago, I shared fun food ideas for your kids or your sweetheart. If you missed that email, they were heart-shaped pizza, heart-shaped cherry hand pies, and no churn red velvet ice cream. All very simple to make, and all fun and impressive.
However, if you are preparing a romantic meal for your sweetheart or a special meal for just you, I thought you might like some more sophisticated and grown up dishes.
Here are a few of my favorites:
get the recipe: air fryer prime rib with horseradish crust |
get the recipe: no filler crab cakes |

I mentioned this above, but I want to encourage you if you're single like me. You don't need a date to enjoy Valentine's Day! Make one of these fancy meals, get out the fancy dishes, light some candles, and celebrate that you're awesome just the way you are.

Reader, For a while this fall, our air fryer was broken. (Actually, it caught on fire and we were waiting for the manufacturer to send us a new one.) We were very sad about our inability to air fry all the things. Fortunately, we've had our replacement for a couple of weeks, and we're back in business. I have a bunch of air fryer recipes on my blog, and I wanted to remind you of a few. Air Fryer Prime Rib Air Fryer Potato Chips Air Fryer Coconut Shrimp Classic Cheddar Cheese Sausage Balls...
